By booking online I fully agree to the following cancellation policy:
The deposit for Permanent Make Up Services ($100) is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your Permanent Make Up appointment less than 48 hours prior, there is a $50 rescheduling fee.
There is a $50 deposit required for all new skincare clients, it can be paid via E-transfer.
If clients reschedule at least 24 hours prior, there is no charge. If clients reschedule (or no-shows) less than 24 hours prior to an appointment, the full price is charged as a cancellation fee.
This cancellation policy is unfortunately necessary due to frequent no-shows and unfortunately there is no way for me to tell which ones are truly emergencies. I block off several hours for my clients and turn away potential clients and earnings for the scheduled time.
If you are a new client, please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out your new client forms.
If you appear 15+ minutes late to your appointment, please be aware that your appointment will be either cancelled or shortened out of respect to clients who have appointments right after you. Being late creates a delay for us and for every client after you, please be mindful of the personal schedules of the ones around you. Thanks!
I have a strict no refund policy.
If I am not able to deliver my services up to standard, I absolutely will make sure to make it up to my clients.
